La consejera de Desarrollo Educativo y Formación Profesional, Patricia del Pozo, destacó en la octava edición de los Premios Andaluces ‘El Audiovisual en la Escuela’ la importancia de combinar la educación y los medios audiovisuales para la formación en valores de los alumnos.
En este sentido, ha subrayado que estos premios son “muy importantes” para valorar la creatividad y “para promover y concienciar a toda la sociedad de unos valores que nos ayuden a educarnos”, según ha informado la Junta en un comunicado.
Asimismo, Del Pozo, que ha felicitado a todos los participantes y, especialmente, a los ganadores de esta octava edición de los Premios, ha indicado que estos trabajos han utilizado el lenguaje audiovisual para tratar temas de actualidad como el acoso escolar, los riesgos y las posibilidades de la comunicación digital y las redes sociales o el poder de la información, entre otros. “Son propuestas que incitan a la reflexión, que conmueven, que ayudan, en definitiva, a construir una sociedad mejor”, ha dicho la ministra.

The Board has highlighted in the eighth edition of the Andalusian Awards The Audiovisual in School the importance of the combination of education and audiovisual media for the formation of values. In this sense, the Minister of Educational Development and Vocational Training, Patricia del Pozo, stressed that these awards are not only “very important” to value the creativity of schools and students but “to promote and raise awareness throughout society in certain values that help us to educate ourselves.
Likewise, Patricia del Pozo, who has congratulated all the participants and, especially, the winners of this eighth edition of the Awards, has indicated that these works have used audiovisual language to address topical issues such as bullying, the risks and possibilities of digital communication and social networks or the power of information, among others. “They are proposals that encourage reflection, that move, that help, in short, to build a better society,” said the counselor.
THE PREHISTORY
Juande Mellado stressed that “of all the awards that delivers and in which Canal Sur collaborates, these are the most exciting for the two objectives they pursue: to increase the capabilities of teachers and students in audiovisual matters and increase the critical and analytical capacity of young people with respect to the audiovisual media and social networks”.
The general director of Canal Sur Radio and Television (CSRTV), Juande Mellado, has delivered this Monday in Seville one of the VIII Awards Audiovisual in School, in a ceremony held at the Teatro de la Fundación Cajasol and has been led by the presenters of the program “EnREDa2” of Andalusian television, Adrian Lopez, Samara Cadenas and Jaime Silva.
Mellado has been in charge of delivering the award in the category of Primary Education Middle Cycle, which has gone to the CEIP Fernando Villalón, from the Sevillian town of Morón de la Frontera, for the work entitled “Internet”: bomb effect”, which deals with the risks and benefits of using the network and uses for it abundant editing and animation resources.
